Paula Statman to Discuss Parenting and Stress Management on “My Expert Solution”
Provo, Utah – Paula Statman, award-winning author, educator and media spokesperson will join Kristen Lamb, CEO of MyExpertSolution, LLC, for “My Expert Solution” Dec. 1 at 1 p.m. Mountain Standard Time to discuss parenting, children, family relationships and stress management.
Statman has been a repeat guest expert on NBC’s “Today” show and “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” including being featured on “The Best of Oprah.” She has appeared on over 200 local, regional and national radio and television programs and is the author of several books and articles, including, “Raising Careful, Confident Kids in a Crazy World,” winner of the Parents’ Choice Honor. The book was also named one of the top ten parenting books by the Seattle Times. She is also director of KidWise Institute in Oakland, Calif.
“It is so exciting to have Paula joining us,” said Lamb, who will be hosting the show. “She is one of the foremost experts on the topic of parenting and family relationships, and it will be wonderful to hear some of her insights—not only on parenting, but also on balancing family and life and learning how to manage stress. Listeners will be able to gain a lot of new tips and refreshers from Paula.”
Paula has a master’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She will join the program from Oakland, where she resides. The program will be broadcast live Dec. 1 and rebroadcast throughout the week.
